In a world where time travel and psychic abilities exist, a young boy named Sorata Suzuhara is transported from his life in the Heisei Era to a strange, alternate world resembling the Meiji or Taisho period. He joins a group of 12 individuals, 3 girls and 9 boys, who possess special abilities and are on a mission to maintain peace and manage the earth. As they journey through the skies on a high-tech ship called Norn9, Sorata discovers incredible secrets about the world and spacetime itself. But what is the true purpose of their mission, and what lies ahead for Sorata and his newfound friends?
