"Die Trying" follows the journey of two aspiring musicians fresh out of college in 2004 Bangalore, as they attempt to make it big in the music industry. Despite their questionable talent, they're armed with blind confidence, two guitars, and an optimistic band manager. They set out to convince the world they're as good as they think they are, but things don't quite go as planned. Will they succeed or will they crash and burn?
