Frequencies

In an alternate reality, every person's fate is determined by their unique frequency, which dictates their luck and success in life. Against all odds, a low-born boy named Zak falls in love with a high-born girl named Marie, who is unable to feel emotions due to her high frequency. Zak's friend Theo helps him try to raise his frequency to be compatible with Marie, but their efforts seem futile. They discover a secret government organization that has been studying the phenomenon of frequency manipulation, and Zak is detained and interrogated. Theo later reveals that music can balance everyone's frequencies and nullify the mind-controlling properties of certain words. Zak and Marie ultimately realize that their love was predetermined by fate, not choice.
