Dumplin'

In the movie Dumplin', a Texas teenager named Willowdean "Will" Dickson, who has been criticized for her weight by her beauty queen mother, decides to enter a local pageant run by her mother as an act of protest. Despite facing opposition from her mother and feeling self-conscious about her appearance, Will perseveres and finds support from her friends and a drag queen mentor. Through her journey, Will learns to embrace herself and find confidence in who she is, ultimately inspiring others to do the same.
