The Bling Ring

The Bling Ring is a 2013 crime drama film directed by Sofia Coppola, based on the true story of the "Bling Ring," a group of teenagers who burglarized the homes of several celebrities in Hollywood Hills, California. The film stars Katie Chang, Israel Broussard, and Emma Watson as members of the group, as well as Paris Hilton, Kirsten Dunst, and Brett Goodkin in cameo roles. They become embroiled in a world of excess and greed until their eventual arrest by the police. The film explores themes of celebrity obsession, materialism, and disaffected youth culture while featuring cameos from several real-life celebrities whose homes were burglarized during the time period depicted in the movie.
