Water Polo Yankees

Naoya Inaba is a high school student who returns to Japan after spending most of his adolescence abroad. He enrolls in Saku High, a school he admires for its strong water polo team, but finds that it's now inhabited by low-lives who have given up on their dreams. Determined to resurrect the spirit of old Saku High, Naoya forms a water polo club with the help of his friends, including a pessimistic but talented player, a wild transfer student, and a childhood friend who's associated with the rival school's team. As they train for the Inter-High tournament against Suiran High, Naoya learns about the team's struggles and brings them together with his determination to win. Along the way, he also discovers unexpected romance and learns valuable lessons about friendship, perseverance, and following one's dreams. Will Naoya's team overcome their challenges and succeed in their quest to revive Saku High's water polo team?
