"Ozzy & Drix" is an animated series that takes place inside the body of a teenager named Hector Cruz. The show follows the adventures of Ozzy, a white blood cell with a rebellious personality, and Drix, a by-the-book cold pill, as they team up to protect Hector's health and guide him through the ups and downs of adolescence. With the help of their friends, including Maria Amino, a skilled white blood cell cop, and Mayor Paul Spryman, the immature teenage mayor of the city of Hector, Ozzy and Drix must battle against various viruses and bacteria that threaten Hector's well-being. Along the way, they'll encounter a range of colorful characters, including a former secret agent known as The Mole, Drix's pet dog germ named Dander, and Hector's supportive parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cruz.
