B-PROJECT follows the story of Tsubasa, a young woman who lands a job at a prestigious music agency, Gandala Music, as a manager for an up-and-coming idol group. She quickly discovers that her new role comes with a unique set of challenges as she must navigate the ups and downs of managing three talented but strong-willed idol groups: Kitakore, THRIVE, and MooNs. As Tsubasa learns the ins and outs of the idol industry, she finds herself involved in various incidents and accidents that test her resolve and ability to keep everything under control. Will she be able to rise to the challenge and help the groups reach their full potential?
