In the picturesque surf town of Lightning Point, two teenage girls from another galaxy, Zoey and Kiki, find themselves stranded after their spaceship breaks down. They befriend a local girl, Amber, and learn about life on Earth, but their secret is soon threatened by the town's UFO sightings.
