That’s the true power of Affleck and Bernthal’s collective charm offensive: They can make a junky story about a computer-brained savior of human-trafficking victims resemble a whimsical hangout session.

Pretty good.  Bernthal all but steals the plaudits.  Affleck is good and it is a good shoot em up with the bad guys mostly getting their just deserts.

...Ben Affleck almost literally plays the brain to Jon Bernthal’s brawn, and the pair of likable performers have fantastic chemistry, conveying that love-hate thing that is exclusively a sibling dynamic.

The reunion of the Wolff brothers is the best thing about The Accountant 2: Affleck and Bernthal were born to play bickering siblings, a dysfunctional double act who love each other despite the friction in their family.
