Blade Runner is a vibe. It had more atmosphere than plot and was really slow, but I loved the dreamlike cyberpunk world where the rain never stopped.
This is, should you not know so already, great science fiction. It's aesthetically superior film-making, a good case that noir is (in part, at least) a genre and it's a terrific adaptation of Dick's novel. The themes are so fascinat...
