In this blood-soaked horror-comedy, a young couple travels to an Eastern European clinic for a plastic surgery procedure. While the wife-to-be is eager to reduce her breast size, her mother tags along for yet another facelift. As the boyfriend wanders through an abandoned wing of the clinic, he stumbles upon a mysterious woman, bound and gagged on an operating table. Unbeknownst to him, she's the result of an experimental rejuvenation treatment, and her liberation sets off a chain reaction that unleashes a virus turning doctors, patients, and his mother-in-law into bloodthirsty zombies. Will Michael and Alison survive their quest for beauty and youth, or will they become the next meal for the undead?
