What is When the Sun Shines about? 
When the Sun Shines is a powerful drama about a young man named Sofus who is diagnosed with terminal cancer and is sent to a hospice to live out his final days. Despite his bleak circumstances, Sofus meets Sarah, a charming and free-spirited hospice worker who shows him a glimpse of the life he has never lived.
