Veer!

"Veer!" is a coming-of-age story about Jesse Sorensen, a former professional skateboarder who ruled Florida's skate scene for over a decade. Now six years past his prime, Jesse is struggling to find his place in the world after being dropped by his skate team and kicked out of his friend's couch. Broke and broken, he moves in with his elderly grandmother, only to discover his 17-year-old niece, Samantha, crashing there as well. As Jesse tries to figure out his future, he must confront what he has spent his entire life avoiding - responsibility. With the help of his niece, who is following in his reckless footsteps, Jesse must find a way to grow up and take control of his life.
