In the midst of a terrorist attack, five strangers from different walks of life find themselves trapped together in a hospital. A cable operator from the slums, a runaway prostitute, a desperate woman drowning in debt, a rising musician, and a grief-stricken Muslim man must put aside their differences and work together to survive. As they fight for their lives, they discover unexpected strength and courage within themselves. Will they be able to overcome their personal struggles and unite against the common enemy, or will they succumb to the darkness that surrounds them?
