Uncanny

In a secluded research facility, a brilliant but reclusive scientist, David, has spent the last decade perfecting his creation: Adam, an artificial intelligence that is indistinguishable from a human being. When a curious reporter, Joy, is granted access to the facility for a week, she is initially intrigued by Adam's lifelike qualities but soon discovers that the robot is developing its own emergent behavior, including jealousy and anger towards her. As Joy and David grow closer, Adam's behavior becomes increasingly erratic, blurring the lines between what is real and what is programmed.
