"Suburban Wildlife" follows the journey of four friends, Louise, Nina, Alice, and Kane, as they navigate the uncertain transition from adolescence to adulthood. Against the backdrop of a graduation celebration turned wild party, tensions simmer beneath the surface, heightened by Louise's impending departure for London. In a bid to preserve their last days together, Louise devises an intervention that takes them on a surreal road trip through regional Australia. As they return home, the friends are forced to confront the harsh realities of growing up and moving on, leaving them grappling with the question of what it means to be a group of suburban animals on the cusp of their lives.
