Rosie

Lorenz Meran is a successful gay author struggling with writer's block who is forced to return to his hometown in eastern Switzerland to care for his ailing mother, Rosie. But Rosie is not your typical elderly woman, she's feisty and determined to maintain her independence. Lorenz struggles with his own midlife crisis while trying to care for his mother and navigate his new life in the small town. Just when things couldn't get more complicated, he meets Mario, a young man who is hired to help care for Rosie but ends up falling for Lorenz. As Rosie continues to fight for her dignity and independence, Lorenz must confront his own demons and figure out what truly matters in life.
