Patrick's Day

In "Patrick's Day," a young man with schizophrenia named Patrick (Moe Dunford) goes missing during a St. Patrick's Day celebration in Dublin, causing his obsessive mother Maura (Kerry Fox) to panic. While wandering the city, Patrick meets a dog and a suicidal air hostess named Karen (Kate Stanley Brennan), with whom he forms a close bond. However, his mother enlists the help of a dysfunctional detective named Freeman (Peter Coonan) to separate them, unaware that her own love and protection may be more harmful than she realizes. As Patrick's journey unfolds, he must confront the delusions that have consumed his mind and come to terms with the reality of his situation. Will he be able to find peace and happiness, or will his struggles with schizophrenia continue to dominate his life?
