In a remote morgue, an elderly caretaker, whose memory is fading, discovers the body of a young woman who was killed during a protest. He embarks on a magical journey to give her a proper burial, enlisting the help of a septuagenarian gravedigger, a grieving mother searching for her lost daughter, and a haunted funeral director. Along the way, they uncover the stories of the forgotten dead and the tragedies that have shaped their lives. As the journey unfolds, the caretaker's own memories resurface, revealing a personal loss that has haunted him for years. Through their odyssey, they aim to give the young woman the dignified farewell she deserves and find solace in their shared experience of loss and remembrance.
