In a world where monsters are real and living in secret, a troubled young man named Aaron Boone is drawn to their hidden city, Midian. Convinced by his psychotherapist, Dr. Decker, that he is a deranged serial killer, Boone embarks on a journey to find peace among the Nightbreed, the ultimate outcasts of society. However, his arrival in Midian is met with hostility, and he is forced to flee when he is mistakenly accused of being a threat to their community. Boone is later killed by the police, but he returns to life and is inducted into the Nightbreed's society. As he learns the ways of the Nightbreed, Boone must confront his own demons and the truth about his past, all while trying to protect his newfound friends from the outside world that seeks to destroy them. With a cast of unique and terrifying characters, "Nightbreed" is a dark and action-packed fantasy horror film that explores the themes of acceptance, redemption, and the true nature of monsters.
