Neon Days follows the journey of Jake, a 24-year-old struggling to find his place in the world. Plagued by depression, anxiety, and anger issues, Jake's life is controlled by his inner demons. Despite his efforts to seek help through therapy, he finds it difficult to open up about his deepest fears and insecurities. That is, until he meets Sherry, a new co-worker who challenges him to confront his past and embrace a brighter future. With the guidance of his therapist, Sean, Jake begins to uncover the root of his issues and learns to live life on his own terms.
