"Mr. & Mrs. 420" is a comedy film about two friends, Deputy (Binnu Dhillon) and Jass (Jassi Gill), who are struggling to find employment and a place to stay. They come up with an absurd plan to pose as a married couple in order to secure a cheap apartment that only allows married couples to stay. However, their plan is complicated when they have to enlist the help of their friend Babbu (Babbal Rai) and his friend Palli (Yuvraj Hans) to complete the charade. As they struggle to keep up appearances, hilarity ensues as they try to navigate their way through the complexities of married life. Will they be able to pull off their ruse and find a place to call their own, or will their lies catch up with them?
