After a botched hit job in Tokyo, a skilled Taiwanese assassin named Long flees to a small town in rural Japan to lay low. Despite his dangerous past, Long finds himself drawn into the community, forming unlikely bonds with the locals and even discovering a talent for cooking. But as his new life begins to take root, his old one comes back to haunt him, threatening to upend everything he's built.
