Moonrise Kingdom is a quirky and charming coming-of-age tale about two 12-year-old outcasts who fall in love and embark on a wild adventure. Set on a picturesque island off the coast of New England in the summer of 1965, the film follows Sam and Suzy as they escape their mundane lives and run away together into the wilderness.
