Monika

Monika, a young woman, is left blind after a botched eye surgery. While her mother is devastated, Monika finds a new sense of purpose and independence at a blind school. She discovers a support system she's always longed for, but her newfound autonomy doesn't sit well with everyone, especially her mother. As Monika navigates her new life, she must confront the challenges of her disability and the resistances of those around her.
