At double his recommended weight and with a biological age of 64 at 38, Craig sets out to learn a new approach to food and fulfillment. Through a series of entertaining and educational scenarios, Craig investigates how the traditional Japanese diet, along with their active lifestyles, results in the Japanese population being the healthiest and longest living people on the planet.
