Lakeeran

In the film Lakeeran, a young ex-pat returns to Punjab after being involved in a fatal car accident in Greece, where he accidentally killed a man. He is consumed by guilt and struggles to come to terms with what happened. While in Punjab, he meets and falls in love with a widow who has also lost her husband in a similar tragic way. As they navigate their grief and try to move on, they find solace in each other's company and learn to heal together.
