Gremlins

A boy's father buys him a strange but adorable pet for Christmas, a mogwai named Gizmo, but warns him to follow three important rules: keep it away from water, light, and never feed it after midnight. When the boy's friend accidentally spills water on Gizmo, it spawns five more mogwai, including a troublemaking leader named Stripe. The mogwai trick the boy into feeding them after midnight, turning them into mischievous green monsters called Gremlins that wreak havoc on their small town. As the Gremlins multiply and cause chaos, the boy and his girlfriend must find a way to stop them before it's too late.
