The film goes behind the scenes of the newspaper's enigmatic owner, the seemingly unstoppable young business genius who had his ups and downs in 2002 with the newspaper Dagen. It started with a grand vision, but ended in bankruptcy after just 40 days, leaving a debt of 70 million kroner. In a groundbreaking cinematic form that blends fiction and documentary in seamless transitions, the film follows the process and portrays Peter Linck's personal crisis, his family, and his gradually crumbling self-image. It's the story of choosing between career and family, risking everything and losing it all. And "The seducer's fall" seeks to find the answers to how it could all go so wrong.
