In this action-packed comedy, twin sisters Jane and Roxy Ryan, who are polar opposites, find themselves in the middle of a criminal operation when they journey into New York City for different reasons. They get kicked off a train, chased by a truant officer, and mistakenly take a limousine ride with a chip device meant for someone else. They break into an upscale hotel room to freshen up and receive a phone call from the chip's owner, who offers to exchange it for their day planner. The girls end up in an underground sewer with their dog Reinaldo after Bennie kidnaps Trey when he learns Reinaldo has swallowed the chip. In the end, Roxy poses as Jane to give her sister's speech at Oxford University while Jane gets caught up in Bennie's illegal doings.
