What is Cop Car about? 
When two mischievous young boys take a joyride in a seemingly abandoned police car, they unknowingly set off a dangerous game of cat and mouse with a murderous psychopath. As they speed down the wrong lane, they narrowly miss a woman driving in the oncoming lane.
