Kelly, a young dancer, teams up with two breakdancers and together they become a street sensation. Despite criticism from a dance instructor who sees breakdancing as low-class, Kelly and her friends perfect their moves and enter a dance competition. They shock the judges with their unconventional style and earn a standing ovation, launching their careers as professional dancers.
