Blissfully Yours

Blissfully Yours is a romantic drama that follows the story of Min, an illegal Burmese immigrant living in Thailand, and his girlfriend Roong, a factory worker. Min has contracted a mysterious painful rash covering his upper body, and Roong takes him to see a doctor, but Min pretends he cannot speak Thai to avoid revealing his immigration status. The doctor treats him, but refuses to supply him with the medical papers necessary to get a work permit. Roong pays Orn, a middle-aged woman, to help Min. The film follows the couple's journey as they navigate their relationship, while also exploring themes of identity, class, and the struggle for a better life.
