In a bleak cityscape, a doomsayer named Kongo roams the streets, proclaiming the end of the world. Strasser, seeking refuge, returns to his drug-addicted wife Luna, but their reunion ends in disaster. Strasser's mind unravels, and he begins selling human flesh as pork meat, with ex-wrestler Muckie as his best customer. Jackie, a transgender street hustler, tries to survive by befriending Muckie, while her former pimp Bobby schemes with Strasser to fix a fight between Muckie and Jackie. But on fight night, everything goes wrong, and three lives are lost. A nameless detective blackmails Strasser into a partnership as they navigate a world where lives are worthless, and even the winners become losers. Ultimately, it's Kongo who has the final say.
