Ernesto

In 1959, a young Japanese-Bolivian man named Freddy Maemura Hurtado sets out to study study medicine in Cuba, where he meets the legendary revolutionary Che Guevara. As civil war breaks out in Bolivia, Freddy joins Che's revolutionary army under the name "Ernesto Medico," and becomes embroiled in a struggle for freedom and justice that will change his life forever.
