In a world where technology has connected the living and the dead, a group of friends must survive against an army of vengeful spirits. When a virus spreads through the internet, it allows the dead to communicate with the living, but at a terrible cost. As the virus takes hold, the spirits become stronger and more malevolent, threatening to consume the lives of everyone it touches. The remaining survivors must band together and find a way to defeat the spirits and restore balance to their world. But as they struggle to survive, they realize that their existence is forever changed, and that the line between life and death has been forever blurred.
