Microbe and Gasoline

Microbe and Gasoline are two young outcasts who build a makeshift car powered by a lawnmower engine and embark on an adventurous road trip across France. Along the way, they encounter various characters, including a lonely couple who try to hold them captive and a group of gangsters connected to a brothel where Daniel gets a haircut. The duo fall out when Theo discovers Daniel's motivation for the trip was to impress a girl, and their vehicle is found charred after a fire. They ultimately return home by conning their way onto a plane and train, but their families are hostile towards them. Daniel is tested by a bully and responds by putting a grappling hold on him, showing how much he's grown.
