In the town of Woodhaven, a mysterious entrepreneur named Sydney Swallows has come to town with a plan to revitalize the local economy by building a new hockey stadium and brewery. But things take a strange turn when people start to fall under the spell of the new brew, and the town's residents begin to act strangely. It's up to Lou Garou, the alcoholic werewolf cop, to figure out what's going on and put a stop to it before it's too late. As he investigates, he uncovers a sinister plot that threatens the very fabric of the town, and must use his unique abilities as WolfCop to protect the people he has sworn to serve.
