In a world where the boundaries between the spiritual and material realms are blurring, a high school student named Kakeru Miwa finds himself drawn into a secret struggle against malevolent entities known as Oni. These supernatural beings possess humans and threaten the fragile balance between the two worlds. As an irregular member of a special team tasked with battling the Oni, Kakeru dons a powerful suit called Yoroi, which combines ancient secrets with cutting-edge technology. With the help of his teammates, Kakeru must protect the shrine maiden Ouka Myoujin, who is destined to save the world, and defeat the Oni that seek to cling to the transient world. Their quest takes them to Shikizakura, a mystical place where cherry blossoms bloom alongside autumn leaves, and the veil between the two worlds is at its thinnest. As they face off against the Oni and confront their own destinies, Kakeru and his allies must harness their courage and strength to save humanity from the brink of destruction.
