In a lawless African country, a former Chinese special forces operative named Leng Feng is drawn back into combat when a group of sadistic mercenaries begin targeting innocent civilians. With his skills and expertise, Leng Feng must protect the people and stop the mercenaries, led by the ruthless Big Daddy, from carrying out their evil plans. But as he fights, Leng Feng discovers that he has been infected with a deadly disease, and must find a way to get the cure before it's too late. With the help of a doctor and a young girl who holds the key to the cure, Leng Feng must face his toughest challenge yet and save the people he has come to care about.
