A bit cheesy and silly. Some decent jump scares. Well acting Mirren and Clarke in a cliche haunted house movie though with a slice of genre innovation here and there - what's not to like?

As the house's endless corridors and rooms are built, Sarah becomes increasingly consumed by her obsession, while her niece Marion and son Henry struggle to comprehend her descent into madness.
