Veetla Vishesham is a heartwarming comedy-drama that follows the story of a middle-aged couple, Unnikrishnan 'Unni' and Krishnaveni, who are unexpectedly expecting a baby. Their son, Ilango, struggles to come to terms with the news and it jeopardizes his relationship with his girlfriend, Sowmya.
