Upswing

Upswing is a comedy movie about a successful yuppie couple, Janne and Katri, who decide to take a break from their mundane lives and embark on an unconventional adventure. They trade in their luxurious lifestyle for a one-month stay in a run-down council flat in Jakomäki, a suburban area of Helsinki, under false identities. The couple faces unexpected challenges as they try to adapt to their new surroundings and build relationships with their neighbors, who are initially skeptical of their intentions. As they navigate their new life, they learn to appreciate the simple things and find meaning in unexpected ways. Will they be able to survive this extreme vacation and come out stronger on the other side?
