The Wraith

In the desert town of Brooks, Arizona, a gang of car thieves terrorizes the residents, forcing them to participate in deadly street races. When a mysterious figure, known only as The Wraith (Charlie Sheen), arrives in town, he begins to exact revenge on the gang, one member at a time, using his supercharged Turbo Interceptor car. As the body count rises and the gang's leader, Packard Walsh (Nick Cassavetes), becomes increasingly desperate and violent, The Wraith's true identity is revealed: he is Jamie Hankins, back from the dead to avenge his own murder and take back his lost love, Keri Johnson (Sherilyn Fenn). With the help of his brother Billy (Matthew Barry) and Keri's boyfriend Jake Kesey (Randy Quaid), The Wraith eliminates Packard's gang in a series of spectacular, explosive showdowns. In the end, The Wraith returns to where he came from - the afterlife - after completing his mission of justice and redemption.
