In a small Turkish town, a well-respected doctor named Musse finds himself struggling to maintain his integrity in the face of mounting pressures from those around him. Despite his best efforts to uphold his values, he is drawn into a downward spiral of behavior that threatens to destroy everything he holds dear. As he becomes increasingly consumed by his own desires and fears, Musse is forced to confront the darker aspects of his own nature and the society in which he lives.
