The First Fallen

In the early 1980s, a young biologist named Suzano returns home to Brazil after studying abroad, only to find that something is terribly wrong with his body. As the first wave of the AIDS epidemic hits the country, Suzano and his friends, including an artist and a videographer, all struggling with the same mysterious illness, come together to survive and make sense of the devastating crisis that threatens their lives and their future.
