Revolution is a powerful coming-of-age drama that follows the story of Jack, a 16-year-old Iranian boy growing up in Los Angeles in 1989. Against the backdrop of the AIDS movement and the distant memory of the 1979 Iranian Revolution, Jack struggles to find his place within his traditional family. With a haunting score by Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij, this film takes us on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment as Jack learns to stage his own small revolution.
