In the gritty streets of Duisburg, Germany, 16-year-old Anna struggles to survive. Her life takes a tragic turn when her best friend Leila is brutally murdered. Sent to a psychiatric clinic, Anna begins to heal but is soon convinced to join a unique rehabilitation center in Switzerland. There, she and the other young women learn to rebuild their lives and find stability.
