Pumpkin and Mayonnaise

"Pumpkin and Mayonnaise" is a Japanese drama film released in 2017. The movie follows the story of Tsuchida, a young woman who works at a host club to support her live-in boyfriend Seiichi's dream of becoming a musician. However, their relationship is put to the test when Seiichi discovers that Tsuchida has been working as a mistress for one of her clients. Meanwhile, Tsuchida's old flame, Hagio, returns to the picture and complicates things further. As tensions rise, the three individuals become embroiled in a complicated love triangle. Will Tsuchida be able to choose between her love for Seiichi and her rekindled feelings for Hagio? Or will she find a way to juggle both relationships? The film is based on a manga series of the same name by Kiriko Nananan and was adapted for the screen by Tominaga Masanori.
